Try NowThe Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is likely to commence the NEET PG counselling 2025 by mid-October, the Federation of All India Medical Association (FAIMA) said. NEET PG AIQ counselling schedule 2025 will be announced on the official website at mcc.nic.in. In a post on social media, FAIMA shared the update and said, "As per our communication with MOHFW officials, NEET PG counselling is most likely to begin by mid-October. Further details awaited. Stay tuned!"
MD, MS aspirants have been waiting for the NEET PG 2025 counselling schedule for admission to post graduate medical courses at government, government-aided and private institutions. The SC case has further delayed the NEET PG 2025 counselling process and added to aspirants’ uncertainty.

NBEMS vs NEET PG aspirants
The board published the NEET PG 2025 result on August 19 and it's been over a month without any announcement of the counselling schedule.
The NEET PG 2025 has been mired in controversies throughout the year. First over its two-shift exam, and late for issuing only question IDs in the name of transparency.
In August this year, the Supreme Court directed the NBEMS to conduct the NEET PG 2025 in a single shift to avoid ‘arbitrariness.’
Followed by which, for the first time, the medical board also announced that it will issue answer key, questions, and response sheets for the NEET PG 2025. However, it immediately reversed its official notice, stating the release of only question IDs.
The revoked decision drew heavy criticism from NEET PG 2025 aspirants, who promptly filed a petition in the apex court against the board.
