NEW DELHI : XLRI Jamshedpur is set to host AI Conclave 2025 on March 22. The AI conclave is themed on ‘AI and Business: Transforming Strategy, Innovation and Leadership.’
The event is organised by the PGDM (GM) batch and will explore how AI is shaping businesses from decision-making to leadership innovation. The conclave will be attended by industry leaders, AI experts and management professionals to discuss AI advantages and emerging opportunities.
The event will include panel discussions, interactive sessions, and networking opportunities, and will serve as a platform for students, industry professionals, and academia to collaborate.
The inaugural address will be delivered by S George, SJ, the director of XLRI Jamshedpur , followed by Donald D’Silva, SJ, the dean of administration and finance.
XLRI Jamshedpur’s AI conclave 2025: Key panel discussions
The conclave will be attended by speakers from Axis Bank, American Express, PwC India, Capgemini, Tata Steel, and Microsoft on ‘AI and the Future of Work: Redefining Jobs and Skills.’ The discussion will be held around AI’s impact on employment, skill sets, and workforce reskilling.
The panel discussion on ‘AI for Business Transformation’ will feature experts from PwC India, Jio, Atos, Target India, Microsoft, and Verizon to share insights on AI-driven automation, decision-making, and ethical AI deployment for business growth.
“The AI Conclave 2025, organized by the AI Nexus Club, promises to be a dynamic learning experience with actionable insights, real-world AI applications, and discussions on responsible AI adoption,” the XLRI Jamshedpur statement said.
While speaking about the event, the AI Nexus Club emphasized on significance of AI and said: “AI is not just a tool but a fundamental force driving business transformation. This conclave will provide valuable insights into leveraging AI for competitive advantage and responsible leadership,” XLRI Jamshedpur statement adds.
