Download EBookThe Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur, will begin the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) 2026 registration tomorrow, July 10. Eligible candidates can register for the XAT 2026 through the official website at xatonline.in. The last date to register for the XAT 2026 entrance exam is December 5, 2025.

The XAT 2026 is scheduled to be held on January 4, 2026, in a single shift from 2 pm to 5 pm. The exam is conducted by XLRI on behalf of the Xavier Association of Management Institutes (XAMI). XAT scores are accepted by more than 250 institutes for admission to Master of Business Administration (MBA) and other full-time management programmes.
To apply for XAT 2026, candidates will have to register on the official portal, verify their email, fill out the application form, upload documents, pay the fee, and submit the form to complete the process. The XAT 2026 admit card is tentatively scheduled to be out on December 20, 2025.
Applicants who complete their XAT 2026 registration on the first day will be eligible for exclusive preparation-related opportunities. These initiatives aim to offer early applicants additional support ahead of the exam.

XAT 2026: 200 day 1 applicants to join live Q&A sessions
According to the organisers, 200 Day 1 applicants will be randomly selected to take part in interactive Q&A sessions with XLRI students, XAT toppers, and the XAT convenor. These sessions are tentatively scheduled for the last week of July and the first week of August. Participants will be able to ask questions directly, receive guidance on preparation strategies, and get clarity on the admission process.
The XLRI further informed that 100 unique applicants from the same Day 1 pool will be invited to a private Telegram group. This group will be active for one hour each during the second and fourth weeks of August. The Telegram session will be moderated by XLRI students and the XAT team, allowing participants to post queries and receive direct responses.
