Download EBookNEW DELHI- XAT 2023 is likely to be conducted on January 8, 2023, for MBA admission at XLRI and other 150+ MBA colleges. Dr Vishwa Ballabh, Professor of Economics and Chairperson Centre for Rural Management, XLRI, Jamshedpur, has been appointed XAT 2023 convener. Dr Vishwa Ballabh has various degrees to his credit, B.Sc Hons. (Agr. & A.H.), M.Sc (Agr.), Ph.D. (Agr. Eco.), IARI, New Delhi. Before XLRI, Dr Vishwa Ballabh had been associated with Institute of Rural Management, Anand (Gujarat). His journey at IRMA started as a Search Associate and ended as RBI Chair Professor.
An educationist having keen interest in research, Dr Vishwa Ballabh has written various journal articles and scholarly books. He is also a consultant and has given expert opinion and analysis in measuring Human Development Index for villages of TSRDS under Tata Steel in Ramgarh in 2013 and estimating HDI in Micro Setting in 112 villages of TSRDS in 2011. He has also run many in-company training programs in the past.
XAT 2023 notification will soon be released and will have all the details pertaining to the XAT MBA entrance test such as XAT dates, XAT exam pattern, syllabus, XAT colleges, etc. XAT registration 2023 is likely to open in the second week of August 2022. XAT 2023 paper is likely to have100 questions from four sections - Decision Making, Verbal & Logical Ability, General Knowledge, and Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation. XAT 2023 cut off percentile for XLRI admission is expected to be 96-97.

XAT Marking Scheme 2023

One mark will be awarded for every correct answer

0.25 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer

0.10 mark will be deducted for more than eight unanswered answer

There will be no negative marking in the General Knowledge section

General Knowledge marks will not be considered for calculating the XAT score
