West Bengal Madhyamik result 2025 will be declared at 9 am today. Students will be able to download their WB Madhyamik Class 10 marksheet online 2025 at 9.45 am on wbresults.nic.in.
NEW DELHI: The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) will shortly declare the WB Madhyamik results 2025 for nearly 10 lakh students. Those who appeared in the West Bengal Class 10th board exam 2025 will be able to check their scores - out of the total 700 marks - on the official website, wbresults.nic.in and wbbse.wb.gov.in. This year, a total of 9,84,753 students registered for the West Bengal Madhyamik exam 2025, which was held under strict surveillance. Of them, 5,55,950 are girls and 4,28,803 are boys.
The board conducted the WB Madhyamik exam across seven subjects, each carrying 100 marks. These subjects include - First language, second language, English, mathematics, physical science, life science, history, and geography.
For subjects with practical exams, the theory paper is conducted for 90 marks. Students will have to score a minimum of 30 marks out of 90 to be declared pass. Additionally, they will have to clear the practical exam. Overall, a student must score at least 34% to pass the Class 10 board exam held by the WBBSE Board.

Students shall follow the steps given below to calculate the West Bengal Madhyamik pass percentage 2025.
- Check the marks obtained in each subject.
- Add the marks obtained out of 100 in all seven subjects:
- First Language + Second Language + English + Mathematics + Physical Science + Life Science + History + Geography.
- This sum is your total score out of 700.
- Divide your total score by 700, then multiply the result by 100.
- The final value is your WB Madhyamik pass percentage.
