Uttar Pradesh announces 1,471 lecturer vacancies in Government Inter Colleges; registration begins
UPPSC Lecture Recruitment 2025: Candidates will be selected on the basis of total marks obtained in the Government Inter College Main written exam.
Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has opened the application process for the Lecturer Government Inter College examination 2025 today. The recruitment drive will fill up 1,471 posts in the organisation and eligible candidates can apply through the official website at uppsc.up.nic.in.
The registration window for recruitment to the lecturer position through the Government College Examination 2025 will be open till September 12.
Those who will register for the competitive exam will be able to make changes to their application form till September 19. To be eligible to sit for the GIC written test, candidates must be between 21 and 40 years of age, and should have a post graduate degree in a specific subject.
A total of 777 male and 694 female lecturers candidates will be selected for the post of lecturer through the examination process. The selections will be done on the basis of total marks obtained in the Government Inter College Main written exam.
Unreserved, Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), and Other Backward Category (OBC) category candidates will have to pay Rs 125, Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) applicants Rs 65 and the application form charges for Persons with Disability (PwD) is Rs 25.
As per the official notification, the payment should be done through net banking, card facility and other payment modes only.
