UPSSC forest guard PET 2023 schedule out at upsssc.gov.in; eligibility criteria

UPSSSC PET 2023 exams are scheduled to be conducted from February 12 to February 17, 2024 in the Lucknow district.
NEW DELHI: The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has announced the exam dates for Physical Eligibility Test (PET) 2023. As per the notification, UPSSSC PET 2023 exams are scheduled to be conducted from February 12 to February 17, 2024 in the Lucknow district.
The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 701 posts of UPSSSC Van Daroga (Forest Guard). Candidates can check the UPSSC forest guard exam schedule 2023 through the official website, upsssc.gov.in
The notice states, "..candidates identified for the physical standard test are hereby informed that their physical standard test is proposed to be conducted in Lucknow district between February 12, 2024 and February 17, 2024."
UPSSSC Forest Guard Recruitment 2023: Eligibility criteria
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Forestry, Geology, Agriculture, Statistics, Environmental Science with two or more subjects. Apart from this, candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Science are also eligible.
UPSSSC PET 2023 for male candidates
The physical eligibility standards for male candidates as mentioned by the commission are as follows-
Height: 163 cms
Chest: 84-89 cms
Walk on Foot: 25 Km in 4 Hrs
UPSSSC PET 2023 for female candidates
The physical eligibility standards for female candidates as mentioned by the commission are as follows-
Height: 150 cms
Chest: 79-84 cms
Walk on Foot (Paidal Chal): 14 km in 4 hrs
