UPSC launches new official mobile app for exam, recruitment updates

Download EBookNEW DELHI: The Union Public Service Commission has launched UPSC android application for accessing all the UPSC examination and recruitment related information through mobile.
The UPSC app namely “UPSC - Official App” can be downloaded from the Google Play Store. However, this app will not allow aspirants to fill UPSC application form.
Providing the direct link to download the newly launched app, the UPSC said, “Union Public Service Commission has launched UPSC android App on Google Play Store for accessing all the Examination and Recruitment related information through mobile. This app, however, would not allow to fill application forms using mobile.”

The application displays the UPSC official website. Candidates will be able to view the active and upcoming examinations and keep a track of latest recruitment announcements made by the commission. They will also be able to view results through the UPSC Official app.
Students who appeared in the UPSC Civil Services Main Examination (UPSC CSE 2022) will be able to download question papers from the official website, upsc.gov.in.
How to download UPSC Official App
Civil service aspirants can follow the steps given below to download the official UPSC app.
- Open the Google Play Store on your mobile device.
- Enter “UPSC - Official App” in the search bar on the top.
- The new official application will be displayed with UPSC as the logo.
- Click on the ‘Install’ button.
- Once downloaded, you will see the “Open” option on the screen.
