UPSC CSE 2022: Civil Services Mains results soon at upsc.gov.in; documents required

Download EBookNEW DELHI: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will soon declare the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2022 (CSM 2022). Candidates who appeared in the exam will be able to check the UPSC CSE Mains 2022 results on the official website, upsc.gov.in.
The commission also informed aspirants that it will be conducting the personality tests, UPSC interviews of the candidates, who qualify the CSM-2022, from early next year.
“Immediately after the declaration of the result of the written part of the Civil Services (Main) Examination-2022, the Detailed Application Form-II (DAF-II) would be made available on the Commission’s website for a specified period. All the candidates who would qualify the Personality Test/Interview would be required to fill up and submit his/her DAF-II within the given prescribed time limit,” it said.
As per the rules of the UPSC CSE 2022, submission of DAF-II is mandatory and if any candidate fails to submit DAF-II online within prescribed period, their candidature will stand cancelled, the notice read.
The UPSC IAS 2022 prelims exam was held on June 5 and the results were declared on June 22 on the official website.

UPSC interview 2022: Documents required
It further advised candidates to keep all the important documents ready in original along with a self-attested photocopy. The commission also announced a list of relevant documents to be produced on the UPSC interview date. Here’s the complete list of documents required.
- Original matriculation, higher secondary, equivalent certificate in support of his/her name and Date of Birth.
- Original degree for graduation or equivalent examination along with marksheet issued by the University. Internship completion certificate for MBBS degree or any other medical degree.
- For a degree from a foreign university, an equivalence certificate issued by the Association of Indian Universities or National Board of Examination (NBE) for MBBS or any other medical examination.
- Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward Classes certificate
- Income and Asset certificate for Economically Weaker Section in the prescribed format issued on or before February 22, 2022.
- Certificate of Disability (PwBD).
- Hailing from Certificate issued by the Competent Authority issued on or before 22.02.2022 if the candidate has sought an exemption from Indian Language in the CSM-2022 on the basis that the candidate is hailing from the States of Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalya, Mizoram, Nagaland and Sikkim.
- Self-declaration from the candidate of Persons with Benchmark Disability
- Ex-servicemen Certificate.
- Document in support of higher qualification, if any.
- Document in support of extra curricular activities, if any.
- Two passport size photographs (4cm. X 5 cm. approximately)
