UP Police SI recruitment 2023 notification out for 921 vacancies; registration from January 7

UP Police SI Direct Recruitment 2023: Candidates can apply for SI, assistant sub-inspector posts at uppbpb.gov.in. by January 28, 2024.
NEW DELHI : The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPBPB) has released the notification for UP Police SI direct recruitment 2023. As per the notification, the registration for 921 vacancies for sub-inspector will begin from January 7, 2024. Eligible candidates will be able to apply for UP Police SI recruitment 2023 through the official website, uppbpb.gov.in.
“Online applications are invited from the candidates to fill the following vacant posts of Sub Inspector (Confidential), Assistant Sub Inspector of Police (Clerk) and Assistant Sub Inspector of Police (Accounts) for men and women in Uttar Pradesh Police,” said the board in an official notice.
The last date to apply against UP Police SI vacancy 2023 is January 28, 2024 while the deadline for fee payment and application form correction is January 30, 2024. Candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 400 to apply for the exam.
As per the minimum eligibility criteria for UP Police SI recruitment 2023, aspirants must have passed Class 12 from a recognized board or an equivalent qualification approved by the government.

UPPBPB will conduct an online written test of 400 marks for candidates. The question paper will contain 200 objective type questions on general Hindi/computer knowledge, general knowledge, quantitative and mental ability, and mental aptitude, intelligence quotient, and logical ability. The duration of the exam will be two hours and 30 minutes.
