UP NEET UG 2025 Counselling: Round 5 merit list out, 281 candidates qualify for BDS

Try NowThe Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Uttar Pradesh, has issued the round 5 merit list for UP NEET UG counselling 2025 for admission to the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) course. According to the UP NEET UG merit list, a total of 281 candidates qualified in the fifth round of state counselling.

Candidates can access the Uttar Pradesh NEET UG 2025 BDS merit list on the official website at upneet.gov.in. Candidates who have secured the NEET UG 2025 cut-off score of 511 to 113 are competing for the state quota admission.
DME has started the UP NEET UG choice filling process online. Shortlisted candidates are eligible to fill out their college preferences. Candidates eligible for NEET UG 2025 will have to select a nodal centre for online verification of documents while registering, as per the official notification.

UP NEET UG round 5 choice filling begins
Candidates who have been allotted BDS seats must pay a security deposit of Rs 30,000 for government sector dental course seats and Rs 1 lakh for private college seats.
Those wishing to participate in counselling for both government and private dental colleges are required to deposit Rs 1 lakh as security. Candidates who do not pay the security deposit will not be eligible for the choice filling.
For round 5 of UP NEET UG 2025 counselling , all eligible candidates must complete a new registration and pay a separate registration fee of Rs 2,000 to participate.
Candidates who registered and were unallocated in the first, second, third, and stray vacancy counselling rounds and have already paid the security amount do not need to pay it again for the fifth round.

UP NEET UG Counselling 2025: Documents required
Candidates must produce the following documents for verification during the UP NEET UG counselling process.
- Class 10 marksheet or certificate
- Class 12 marksheet
- NEET UG admit card and score card
- Reservation certificate (OBC, SC, ST, EWS, and EX. Army, NCC, FF, PwD) (if applicable)
- Domicile certificate (if applicable)
If a candidate fails to take admission after being allotted a seat in round 5 of counselling, their security deposit will be forfeited, and they will be debarred from UP NEET UG counselling for 2026-27.
