UP Board Exam 2026: Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has concluded the UP Board Class 12 Physics exam 2026 today. The board conducted the UP Board Class 10 Maths Exam 2026 today from 8:30 am to 11:45 am. According to the UP Board Class 10 Maths exam analysis, the paper was moderate in difficulty level. More than 35 lakh students have registered for the exams, which are being conducted across 15,000 examination centres in the state.
In total, 52,30,297 candidates have registered for the 2026 board exams. Among them, 27,50,945 students are from Class 10, including 14,38,682 boys and 13,12,263 girls.
For the Intermediate level, 24,79,352 students have enrolled, comprising 13,03,012 boys and 11,76,340 girls. The examinations will take place at 8,033 centres across Uttar Pradesh.

While Class 10 registrations have marginally increased, intermediate enrolment has declined by 2,25,657 compared to last year. Despite the dip, the UP Board exams remain one of the largest school-level examinations in the country, requiring significant logistical planning.
Earlier, practical exams were conducted from January 21 to February 5 for Class 10, and in two phases up to February 16 for Class 12.
UP Board 2026 Class 10 Maths question paper analysis
The Class 10 Maths exam was conducted by the UPMSP from 8:30 am to 11:15 am. According to the UP Board Class 10 Maths paper analysis, the question paper was moderate in difficulty level, and Section A was easy. UP Board 2026 Class 12 Physics question paper analysis
The Class 12 Physics exam will be conducted by the UPMSP from 2 pm to 5:15 pm. After the exam ends, the UP Board Class 12 Physics paper analysis will be released, including the difficulty level, important questions, and students’ reactions.
UP Board Exam 2026: Guidelines
The board has issued the following instructions for candidates appearing between February 18 and March 12, 2026:
- Mandatory Documents: Students must carry a printed admit card signed by the principal along with a valid original photo ID, such as a school identity card or Aadhaar card.
- Reporting Time: Exams will be held in two shifts daily, and candidates are advised to reach their centres at least one hour before the exam begins.
- Allowed and Prohibited Items: Only blue or black ballpoint pens, pencils, erasers, and a transparent geometry box are permitted. Mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, Bluetooth devices, books, notes, loose papers, and food items are strictly banned. Sharing of stationery is not allowed.
Inside the Examination Hall: Students must clearly mention their roll number and answer booklet number on each page of the answer sheet. Any instance of unfair means may result in disqualification. Candidates will not be allowed to leave the hall before the final bell.
