UGC NET December 2025 application correction window opens tomorrow; editable fields

NTA UGC NET 2025: Candidates can edit their dates of birth, category, and parents’ names in the application form before November 12.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will open the application correction window for University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) December 2025 tomorrow, November 10. Candidates can edit their dates of birth, category, and parents’ names in the UGC NET December 2025 application form.
The last date to edit the UGC NET December 2025 application is November 12. Candidates can edit their UGC NET application form on the official website, ugcnet.nta.nic.in.
“This facility is extended only once to avoid any hardship to the candidates. Therefore, candidates are advised to make corrections carefully, as no further opportunity for correction will be provided,” the official NTA UGC NET notice reads.
However, candidates are not allowed to edit their name, gender, photograph, signature, mobile number, email address, permanent or correspondence address, or exam city.
UGC NET December exam 2025 is scheduled from December 31 to January 7 in a computer-based test mode for 85 subjects.
NTA conducts the UGC NET December 2025 session exam to determine the eligibility of candidates to award Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and appointment as assistant professor in Indian universities, and admission to PhD.
