NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has rescheduled the UGC National Eligibility Test (UGC NET 2021) exam. The NTA informed that it has been decided to further reschedule the dates of the UGC-NET December 2020 and June 2021 cycles due to the clash with major exams.
The official notice said, “Representations are being received from candidates seeking further rescheduling of the dates of the UGC-NET December 2020 and June 2021 cycles, on account of difficulties being experienced by them due to clashes with some major examinations on 06th and 07th October 2021.”
After the UGC NET December 2020 exam was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was merged with the UGC NET June session. The rescheduling of UGC NET 2021 exams also means that the UGC NET admit card 2021 release date will be further delayed.

The authorities informed that the detailed UGC NET 2021 date sheet will be uploaded soon on the official website nta.ac.in, ugcnet.nta.nic.in.
