UCEED, CEED 2026 cut-offs released for BDes, MDes admissions; IITs closing ranks

Download EBookIIT Bombay has released the CEED and UCEED 2026 cut-off for part A today, February 5. For CEED 2026, the mean score for part A is 39.35, and the standard deviation is 16.89. In UCEED 2026, the part A mean score is 70.86, with a standard deviation of 25.77.
UCEED 2025: Full Study Material
The UCEED and CEED cut-off marks have been released to evaluate which candidates will be selected for the Part B evaluation. The overall CEED, UCEED 2026 cut-off for BDes and MDes admission, which considers the sum of Part A and Part B scores, is released during the UCEED seat allotment process.
The mean and standard deviation will be used to determine the qualifying cut-off marks for candidates appearing in the ranking and admission process.

Compared to last year, the mean and standard data show significant changes in performance trends. Previously, the mean score for CEED part A was higher at 45.48, with a standard deviation of 16.98. On the other hand, the UCEED exam recorded a lower mean score of 61.50, while the standard deviation was 25.69.
Candidates scoring above the cut-off will be eligible for further stages of admission and the counselling process.
Earlier, the final answer keys for CEED 2026 and UCEED 2026 were released on January 28, 2026. The CEED 2026 result will be announced on March 4, while the UCEED 2026 result is scheduled to be declared on March 6.
