TS Inter 2nd year board exams 2026: The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) has ended the TS Intermediate 2nd Year examinations today for Physics Paper II and Economics Paper II. The exams were held from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm across designated centres in the state. Candidates have started to enter the exam hall.
Both physics and economics exams consisted of long answer questions, short answer questions, and very short answer questions, covering topics from across the syllabus.
For the TS Inter 2nd-year exams 2026 today, out of 4,70,115 registered candidates, 4,57,395 were present and 12,720 were absent, resulting in 97.29% attendance. As per the report, a total of 9 malpractice cases were reported today: 3 in Nirmal, 1 in Karimnagar, and 5 in Warangal.
Students were required to report to their exam centres by 8:30 am and were given 15 minutes before the exam to fill in the OMR sheet details. The board had instructed candidates to carry their hall ticket and school ID card for verification. Entry to the examination halls was closed once the exam began at 9:00 am.
The TS Inter exam will take place at 1,495 exam centres across the state, including 404 government junior colleges, 221 government sector junior colleges, 863 private junior colleges, and seven schools.

The board will conduct the TS Inter 2nd year board exams 2026 from 9 am to 12 pm. The teachers and subject experts share the TS Inter 2026 question paper analysis. The marking pattern for the TS Intermediate 1st and 2nd year examinations differs depending on the subject.
TS Intermediate Exam Day Instructions 2026
Students appearing for the TS Inter 1st and 2nd year exams must follow these important guidelines:
- Students need to carry their TS Inter 1st year hall ticket and their TS Inter 2nd year hall ticket on the respective exam day.
- No electronic devices like mobile phones, calculators, and more are allowed inside the examination hall
- Students are advised not to indulge in any unfair means during the exam, as it can lead to negative consequences, including the disqualification of the candidate from appearing in the exam.
- Students must carry their essential stationery items, such as a pen, pencil, ruler, and more, so as not to cause inconvenience during the exam.
