Students appearing for the TS Intermediate examinations will be permitted to enter the exam hall only with a valid TS Inter hall ticket. The board has clarified that no additional authorisation or signature from the principal is required for entry. For the first time, the hall tickets have been issued with a QR code to assist students in locating their examination centres easily.
Candidates must report to their exam centres by 8 am, one hour before the scheduled start time. To ensure smooth conduct of the exams, CCTV cameras have been installed across all 1,495 centres and connected to a central Command Control Room equipped with 31 screens and a video wall at the TGBIE headquarters. Nearly 7,500 cameras are being used for monitoring.
In addition, flying squads and district-level high-power committees headed by Collectors and Superintendents of Police have been formed to curb malpractice. Xerox shops located near examination centres will remain closed during exam hours, and the board has warned that strict legal action, including criminal cases, will be taken against anyone involved in copying or impersonation.
