Download EBookThe Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) Hyderabad has frozen five test zones for Telangana Engineering, Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (TG EAPCET) 2026 exams due to an increase in the number of applications. TS EAMCET 2026 test zones in Mahabubnagar, Nalgonda, Sangareddy, Adilabad and Nizamabad have been frozen.
According to several media reports, JNTU took this decision after receiving a high volume of applications from these districts, which are beyond the centres’ capacity.
The convener for TS EAMCET , Vijaya Kumar Reddy said these five zones have received more applications than the capacity, which is why they have been frozen. These zones will not be reflected during the fresh registrations, Telangana Today reported.
