TNEA engineering admission counselling began on September 10 at tneaonline.org. TNEA 2022 choice filling will end at 5 PM today.
NEW DELHI: The Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE) will close the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) general counselling 2022 choice filling window today for round 1. Candidates who were shortlisted will have to complete TNEA choice filling by 5PM today at tneaonline.org.
The Anna University had released the TNEA rank list PDF 2022 on August 16 for admission in engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu. There are around 539 participating institutes under TNEA 2022. The DoTE will also release the tentative allotment list based on the choice filled by the students on September 13, 2022.
After a candidate submits the preferred course and college for BTech and BE admission in Tamil Nadu engineering colleges, the system will allot a tentative seat. Candidates will also be given an option to accept or reject the offer.

TNEA 2022 Counselling: How to fill choices
Candidates can follow the steps given below to complete the TNEA 2022 choice filling process.
- Visit the Tamil Nadu Engineering admission portal, tneaonline.org.
- Click on the ‘Login’ tab on the homepage.
- Enter the email address and password to login.
- Now choose a preferred course and college.
- Make payment and submit.
- Students will be able to view tentative allotment tomorrow.
