Telangana Class 10 board exam 2024 from March 18 to April 2. Corrections in students’ name, medium or category will have to be submitted by today.
NEW DELHI: Telangana Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) has asked the schools to verify Class 10 students’ data uploaded on the official website, bse.telangana.gov.in, by today. Principals and heads of schools have also been asked to submit the list of correction in data if required by January 23.
The Telangana Class 10 board exam 2024 will be held from March 18 to April 2. “The Printed Nominal Roll is available in the School wise login. All the Headmasters should be instructed to verify the data pertaining to each candidate once again and if any corrections required, they have to submit corrected copy of Printed Nominal Rolls with the attestation of Dy.EO / MEO concerned to the DEO on or before 23-01-2024 without fail,” the Telangana Board said.
In case of errors in the fields like medium, subjects, CwSN category, wrong photograph and signature and identification of marks, the head of the schools should edit the information with proper attestation on the printed copy.
Corrections made in the student’s name, father’s name, mother’s name, gender and date of birth, should also be updated in the UDISE+ portal. The copy of the updated information should be submitted along the Printed Nominal Roll (PNR).
Name and date of birth given in the list should be verified with reference to the original admission register and not with reference to the attendance register. “Date of birth correction will be entertained on submission of attested copy of Admission Register by District Educational Officer only,” the state government said.
The medium of instruction will be added with reference to the school records. In addition, the schools have been instructed to verify the details of the under aged candidates with age condonation orders obtained from competent authorities and include the information in the nominal roll.
