Telangana Open School SSC and Inter Exams 2020 Cancelled; check details

NEW DELHI : Telangana Open School Society has cancelled the TOSS exams for Class 10 and 12 students due to the COVID-19 outbreak in the country. As reported by the Times of India , the Director of TOSS, S Venkateswara Sharma, said that all the open students will be promoted to the next Class like the regular students.
He also said that the official announcement will be made in regard to this in a day or two.
"The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has recently announced the cancellation of exams and promoting all students. Following the NIOS decision, we will also be making an announcement”, he added, as per the TOI report.
Earlier, Telangana Board cancelled the SSC examination due to the Coronavirus pandemic. The Board promoted the Class 10 and 12 regular students on the basis of internal assessment.
Ever since this announcement, TOSS students were consistently requesting the officials to cancel their exams too, as the situation is worsening. They also appealed to the officials through twitter.
