Tamil Nadu Board Exams 2026 LIVE: Class 10, 12 exam schedule released; check 11th time table for arrears
Tamil Nadu Class 10, 12 Exam 2026 Schedule: The practical exams for Class 12 will be held from February 9 to 14, while those for Class 10 are scheduled from February 23 to 28, 2026.
The Directorate of Government Examination, Chennai has announced the time table for Tamil Nadu Class 10 and 12 exams 2026 today. The authority has also released TN 11th time table 2026 for arrear candidates who did not pass the exams from March 2018 to June 2026.
The TN Class 12 exams will be conducted from March 2 to 26, while the Class 10 exams will take place from March 11 to April 6, 2026. Students, teachers, parents and school heads can download the time table through the official website at dge.tn.gov.in.
More than 8 lakh students from 7,513 schools will appear for the TN Class 12 exams 2026 at 3,317 centres across the state. Whereas, nearly 8.7 lakh will sit for the TN Class 10 exams 2026 from 12,485 schools at 4,113 examination centres.
According to the official notification, the practical exams for Class 12 will be held from February 9 to 14, while the same for Class 10 are scheduled from February 23 to 28, 2026.
The results for TN Class 10 and 12 exams 2026 will be declared on May 20 and 8, respectively.
As per the schedule, HSE +1 exams will be conducted from March 3 to 27. The practicals of these students will be held from February 16 to 21. As part of the Tamil Nadu State Education Policy (SEP) 2025, Class 11th public exams have been cancelled starting from the 2025-26 academic session.
