SAT 2026 registration opens for March, May, June 2026 tests; key dates

College Board: Students can apply for the SAT 2026 on the official website, satsuite.collegeboard.org, before the given deadline.
The College Board has started accepting applications for the SAT 2026 March, May, and June tests for students willing to study abroad. Students can apply for the SAT 2026 on the official website, satsuite.collegeboard.org.
As per the official SAT website, students can take the test with any personal or school-managed Windows laptop, tablet, Mac laptop or iPad, or Chromebook. However, personal Chromebooks aren’t permitted.
Also, students who need to borrow a device from College Board will have to register and request it before the given registration deadline – at least 30 days before test day.
Students who are planning to appear for the SAT 2026-27 must know test registration timelines and test dates, and prepare for their exams aligned with university deadlines.

Speaking on the SAT dates Meenakshi Kachroo Chatta the senior director and regional head at South and Central Asia College Board said: “Staying informed about SAT dates and deadlines is an important part of planning for higher education. With multiple test opportunities available each year, students have the flexibility to choose a timeline that aligns with their preparation and university application plans. Through the digital SAT and official preparation resources, we remain focused on supporting students as they approach the test with confidence and clarity.”
