Subscribe NowNEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the Junior Engineer paper 2 exam dates today. The SSC JE part 2 exam will be held on February 26, 2023.
“The Commission has decided to conduct the Paper-II of Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Quantity Surveying & Contracts) Examination, 2022 on 26th February, 2023,” the SSC said in its latest notice.
However, the “schedule is subject to the prevailing conditions and Government guidelines issued from time to time regarding handling of the Covid-19 pandemic”, it said.
SSC conducts JE exam in two stages – Paper 1 and 2 - to shortlist candidates for the recruitment process. SSC JE paper 1 comprises objective type questions whereas paper 2 consists of conventional type questions.

Candidates qualifying SSC JE paper 2 have to appear for document verification, following which the final result will be announced. Based on the SSC JE final result, candidates will be selected for recruitment to the posts available under various departments as Junior Engineers.
Those who appeared in the SSC JE 2022 paper 1 exam were allowed to raise challenge against the answer key till November 26, 2022.
