Delhi HC directed the commission not to release SSC CGL 2019 exam results
NEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will release the SSC Combined Graduate Level (CGL) exam results from 2019 as per the directions of the Delhi High Court or the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT). The commission has clarified in a notice that the results of the SSC Combined Graduate Level (CGL) exams have been withheld due to ongoing cases filed by the SSC CGL 2019 candidates at the High Court of Delhi. The SSC released the notice in response to the large number of queries it has been receiving from the SSC CGL 2019 candidates.

According to the SSC notice, the Delhi HC has directed the commission to refrain from releasing the SSC CGL 2019 exam results and to keep the results in a sealed cover until the case has been completed. The Delhi HC has also directed the SSC to not issue the appointment letters for successful candidates until the case gets completed.

The commission said that since the matter is sub-judice, the commission will release the results of the competitive exam only according to the order from the Delhi HC or the CAT.
“The commission has also filed a miscellaneous application before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi for early hearing,” said the notice released by SSC.
