SCMHRD announces highest placement package for academic year 2024 at 41.90 LPA

SCMHRD offers multiple residential MBA programmes including MBA, MBA in infrastructure development and management (IDM) and MBA in business analytics (BA).
NEW DELHI : Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD) achieves significant placement milestones for the academic year 2024, with the highest package offered reaching to Rs 41.90 lakh per annum. SCMHRD offers admission to various MBA programmes through SNAP, a national-level aptitude and entrance test. Interested students can apply for SNAP through its official website.
As per the SCMHRD’s statement, placement for 2024 includes 116+ recruiters, with over 40 new recruiters. The average CTC for the batch was Rs 24.28 lakhs per annum, while the median CTC stood at Rs 22.80 LPA.
“The top 10% of students secured an average CTC of Rs 34.12 lakhs per annum, with the top 25% achieving Rs 29.56 lakhs per annum and the top 50% securing Rs 26.24 lakhs per annum,” the SCMHRD notice said.
Students were offered roles for various positions ranging from associate consultant, consultant, HR data analyst, and management trainee to senior positions as well.
SCMHRD's leading recruiters include ACT Fibernet, Aditya Birla Fashion, Air India, Airtel, Cipla, Cisco, Godrej, Google, HSBC, IBM, ICICI, Infosys, ITC, JP Morgan and Chase, and Tata Steel to name a few, the SCMHRD note adds.
Commenting on the placement results professor Netra Neelam, director of SCMHRD, said: “This placement milestone is indicative of the institute’s consistent focus on combining academic rigor with practical industry exposure. The wide range of roles offered, as well as the number of recruiters, reflects the trust which the corporate world places in our students and the relevance of our programmes.”
