NEW DELHI: Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) will close the registration window for Assistant Engineer (AE) recruitment 2024 tomorrow, September 15. Candidates can apply online for RPSC AE recruitment 2024 by visiting the official website, rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in. A total of 1,014 Assistant Engineer vacancies will be filled up through the RPSC recruitment drive in the organisation.
The available positions cover civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering in departments like Public Health Engineering, Public Works, and the Water Resource Department.
RPSC AE Recruitment 2024: Key details
- Application Deadline : The last date to apply is September 15, 2024.
- Eligibility : Candidates must hold a BE/B.Tech degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering. The age limit is 21 to 40 years as of January 1, 2025, with upper age relaxation for reserved categories.

- General (Unreserved), Creamy Layer: ₹600
- Non-creamy layer and reserved categories: ₹400

Selection Process
: It consists of three stages:
- Prelims (Objective type)
- Mains (Conventional type)
- Interview The Prelims has 2 papers, each of 200 marks, while the Mains has 4 papers.
Candidates belonging to general or unreserved category must pay Rs 600 as RPSC AE application fee. While candidates belonging to SC, ST, EWS, OBC category can pay the RPSC AE application fee of Rs 400. The payment should be done through online mode only.
