PSEB Punjab 10th social science paper 2026 ends today at 2:15 pm. Updates on reporting schedule, exam format, qualifying criteria, and answer key updates
The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) concluded the Class 10 social science exam 2026 today, March 6. According to the schedule, the Punjab 10th exam will begin at 11 am and will end at 2:15 pm. The PSEB Class 10 exam will include objective, short answer, long answer, and essay-type questions.
After CBSE, the PSEB will also implement the on-screen marking system from today's Punjab Class 10 social science examination 2026.
According to the PSEB Class 10 Social Science exam pattern, the question paper will have five sections with a total of 80 marks, while 20 marks are allotted for internal assessment or practicals. Students must get at least 33% marks in total (theory, practical.

The PSEB will implement the OSM system in one subject of the Class 10 exam in 2026, and it will be expanded to more subjects in the coming years. Each page of the redesigned answer sheet will have a unique QR code for secure scanning and digital evaluation.
Under the new OSM system, answer sheets will be scanned and uploaded to a central dashboard, where teachers will check them online using automated score calculation, marking schemes, and real-time progress tracking.
