The NTA will conduct written exam for Pondicherry University recruitment exam for junior assistant, MTS, personal, Hindi translator and other posts.
NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the written examination for the recruitment of non-teaching posts in the Pondicherry University on November 25 and 26.
The university had released the advertisement for these vacancies on September 21, 2022 and September 27, 2023. Candidates can check the Pondicherry University recruitment exam time tables on nta.ac.in. The recruitment exam will be conducted using OMR sheets/in pen paper mode.
The NTA will hold the written exam for the posts of junior assistant, multitasking staff (MTS), personal assistant, Hindi translator, semi-professional assistant, lab assistant department (physics), senior technical assistant (networking/computer) and nursing officer.
The Pondicherry University recruitment exam will have two papers. Paper 1 will have 100 multiple choice questions (MCQs) which they will have to attempt in two hours. Candidates will be awarded one mark for each question. Paper 2 will be a descriptive exam for 100 marks. The candidates will be given 3 hours to attempt the question paper. The university said 20 minutes extra per hour would be given to Visually Handicapped and Cerebral Palsy candidates.

The examination will be held at centres located in the Pondicherry city only and the admit cards will be available on the official website, nta.ac.in, three days prior to the exam. The admit card will include examination date, time and shift, exam centre and instructions.
