A Youtube user shared his ordeal in a video, explaining the issue and seeking help from others who faced similar problems while updating Aadhaar details.
The user said: “Hello guys, who all are facing this problem? The official website is not responding while updating Aadhaar details. The details are not submitting, and the same error appears even after clicking the submit button. Please write in the comment section if you are getting this error. How to resolve this issue. Please help!”
Similar issues have been reported about the NTA’s official website in previous years, leaving students uncertain about how to proceed when the site fails to respond.

Meanwhile, some users claimed that the Aadhaar update eventually worked after waiting for two hours or retrying every two hours.
At present, students say that they continue to face the same issue. After typing their Aadhaar number and clicking the submit icon, they are being redirected to the same page without any confirmation, despite repeated attempts.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) started the JEE Mains 2026 registrations for admission to engineering, architecture and planning programmes on October 31.
The testing agency has been notifying students to update their details on their Aadhaar card with their recent photograph, name, date of birth, gender, address for smooth JEE Mains 2026 registrations.
The JEE Mains 2026 registrations will end on November 27 and session 1 will be conducted from January 21 to 30. The testing agency has revised the exam dates for session 2.
The result for the computer-based JEE Main 2026 exams will be announced on February 12.
