Online Manipal’s 'Launchpad 2025' career fair secures over 500 offers; Rs 18 LPA highest package
Online Manipal organised on-campus career fair 'Launchpad 2025' on June 13, while virtual placements will go on till June end. Top recruiters include Goldman Sachs, Adobe, Accenture, and HP.
Online Manipal - the digital wing of the Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal University Jaipur (MUJ), and Sikkim Manipal University (SMU) - organised “Launchpad 2025”, a career fair for online degree learners of MAHE and MUJ. The career fair took place at the MAHE Bengaluru campus on June 13, 2025. Placements are expected to continue virtually throughout June.
The career fair offered online learners with an opportunity for “face-to-face interactions”, which helped them with “personalised networking and real-time feedback”. The final data is not available yet, but thus far, students have received more than 500 offers from companies. The highest package offered has been Rs 18 lakh per annum (LPA), while the average package is Rs 5.5 LPA.
The event saw more than 1,000 online learners from various degree programmes like Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Computer Applications (MCA), Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), Master of Science (MSc) in data science, Master of Commerce (MCom), and Bachelor of Commerce (BCom).
Placement drive at Online Manipal
The placement event brought together over 60 recruiters from sectors including information technology (IT), human resource (HR) and operations, sales, finance, and data science industries. Candidates were offered positions ranging from business analyst and frontend developer to data scientist, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) developer, and operations manager.
Some of the top recruiters included Goldman Sachs, Accenture, Adobe, HP, Honda, ICICI Prudential, Lenskart, Colive, SBI Securities, and Bajaj Allianz.

Syed Hashim, HR at Lenskart commented, “The quality of candidates at Launchpad 2025 was exceptional - confident, well-prepared, and industry-aware. We’ve made some strong hires and look forward to participating in future editions.”
Aneesha Ghosh, MBA in international business student at MUJ, remarked, “Launchpad 2025 gave me the opportunity to connect with top recruiters in person, something I never expected as an online learner.
