Summer Vacation in Odisha 2022: The vacations for university and college students will start from June 1, 2022, and end by June 16.
NEW DELHI: The summer vacations for the academic year 2022 for all universities and colleges in Odisha, under the state higher education department have been limited to 16 days by the Odisha government. The vacations for students will be given from June 1, 2022 to June 16.
"In all Universities and Colleges of Odisha, coming under Higher Education Department, summer vacation for 2022 year will be allowed only for 16 days; from 1st June to 16th June," said a tweet from the official Twitter handle of the higher education department, Odisha government.

Recently, the vacations for school students in Odisha had also been curtailed from to 10 days by the government to enable the students to catch up with their studies since schools had remained closed owing to the COVID-19 pandemic situation. "The summer vacation will be curtailed and allowed for a brief period from June 6 to June 16, 2022,” said a notification from the school and mass education department.
