NEW DELHI: Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) has opened the application correction window for Class 9, 11 Lateral Entry Selection Test (LEST) 2025 application form today, November 27, 2024. Candidates who want to make corrections in their NVS Class 9, 11 lateral entry application form through the official website, navodaya.gov.in.

Candidates will have to enter their registration number and date of birth to log in and make changes to their NVS 2025 application form. As per the NVS official prospectus, the correction window to modify the information in the selected fields only will be opened for two days after the last date of submission of the application form.
The last date to edit their NVS 2025 application form for Class 9 and Class 11 is tomorrow, November 28. During this period, candidates will be allowed to change their gender, category, area of living, disability, stream option, and district option.
“The online correction window will remain open on 27.11.2024 & 28.11.2024. Corrections in the data of registered candidates for Class 11 LEST 2025 are allowed only in gender (male/female/transgender), category (general/OBC/SC/ST), area (rural/urban), disability, stream option, and district option,” the official notice read.

NVS Admission 2025: LEST exam date
The LEST 2025 exam for Class 9 and Class 11 is scheduled to be held on February 8, 2025. The selection test will be conducted for a duration of two and a half hours. The test will have 100 questions, carrying one mark each.
As per the prospectus, admission will be confirmed only after the verification of proofs such as residence, district, age, pass certificate, eligibility, district of study, and category (rural/urban, OBC, SC, ST, Divyang) for all provisionally selected candidates. This verification will be conducted as per the established procedure after the declaration of results.
