Download EBookNEW DELHI: National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) will conduct NIOS exams for Class 10 and 12 likely from April 6, 2022. The theory examination for secondary and senior secondary courses will be held in offline mode through various exam centres.
The examination centres are fixed in Kendriya Vidyalayas, Navodaya Vidyalayas, and government or private schools affiliated with CBSE or state boards including the accredited institutions of NIOS.
The next NIOS Public (Theory) Exam for Secondary and Sr. Secondary courses for April 2022 is likely to be commenced from 06.04.2022. Meanwhile, the board has asked the Principals of the schools to apply for NIOS examination centers online at the NIOS website through url, exams.nios.ac.in .
As per the NIOS notice, the portal is open for exam centre registration. The norms of the exam centre are available on the website. “The bank acceptance performa has been done away from this examination”, NIOS said in a notice. However, the schools already registered have to give their consent only for this exam with updating its details.
The NIOS registration for October 2022 exam has also started. The registration process was started from December 1, 2021 and it will end on January 31, 2022. Students appearing for the NIOS October exam can fill the NIOS admission application forms on the official website, nios.ac.in.
