NEET UG Counselling 2025 LIVE: MCC extends registration deadline till July 31; revised schedule at mcc.nic.in

NEET UG Counselling 2025: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has extended the last date for registration and fee payment for the first round of the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test – Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2025 counselling till July 31. Aspirants can register, fill in & lock their choices for the MCC NEET UG counselling 2025 on the official website mcc.nic.in.

MCC will conduct four rounds of NEET counselling 2025. As per the official NEET UG counselling schedule 2025, the choice-filling and locking facilities for NEET UG 2025 counselling will be available till 11:59 pm on July 28.

The NEET UG seat allotment process for round 1 counselling will take place between July 29 and 30. The provisional result of the first round is scheduled to be announced on July 31, while the final NEET UG seat allotment result 2025 will be declared thereafter with reporting between August 1 and 6, 2025.

The MCC conducts the NEET UG counselling for admission to Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), and other allied medical programmes under the 15 per cent All India Quota (AIQ) seats in government medical and dental colleges across the country.

Admission to the remaining 85 per cent of seats will be conducted by the respective state authorities through state-level counselling based on NEET UG scores. Several states, including Uttar Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Jharkhand, Punjab, Assam, and Telangana, have already begun the registration process for their state-level NEET UG counselling.

• Visit the official website at mcc.nic.in.
• Click on the ‘UG Medical Counselling’ section.
• Select the link for NEET UG 2025 registration.
• Enter the required details, create a password and submit the registration form.
• Pay the registration fee and save the confirmation page.
• Download the NEET UG counselling form and take a printout for future reference.
