NEET UG Counselling 2025: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is administering the NEET UG counselling 2025 round 2 for the MBBS and BDS seats. The choice filling and locking procedure for NEET UG for the candidates has been extended. The revised date will be updated at mcc.nic.in. There are 13,501 open seats in MBBS, BDS, and BSc Nursing programmes, 7,088 virtual vacant seats, and 1,134 newly added MBBS and BDS seats available in NEET UG counselling 2025 round 2.

The round 2 schedule for MCC NEET UG Counselling 2025 has been published on the official website, mcc.nic.in. The authority concluded the NEET counselling 2025 for round 1 in August 2025. The counselling is held in three rounds, followed by the stray vacancy round.

The MCC regulates the NEET UG 2025 counselling for 15% of the All India quota seats in top government colleges in India, and 100 per cent of the seats of AMU, BHU, JMI, and ESIC. The state-wise NEET UG counselling 2025 is organised separately for 85% of seats in government colleges and 100% of seats in top private medical colleges in India.
