The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will commence the NEET UG 2022 counselling registrations for round one from tomorrow, October 11. Candidates who have qualified the NEET UG 2022 will be able to register at mcc.nic.in till October 17 (11 am).

MCC NEET UG counselling 2022 will be held for 15% AIQ seats in government colleges and 100% in deemed/central universities, ESIC/AFMS, AIIMS, JIPMER, and BSc Nursing programs. The NEET 2022 counselling will be divided into four rounds namely round 1, 2, mop up and stray vacancy. Read further to know more about the eligibility and counselling process.
How to register for NEET 2022 counselling round one?

Go to the official website of MCC: mcc.nic.in

In the home page, click on the tab stating ‘UG Medical Counselling’

Then click on ‘New Online Registration for Round 1’

Enter NEET roll number, registration number, name, mother's name, and date of birth

Pay the NEET UG 2022 counselling fee and security fee

Save the receipt for future reference

Candidates who have qualified the NEET 2022 exam will be eligible to apply for the counselling process

Also, from the year 2022, candidates belonging to Jammu and Kashmir candidates will be eligible to participate in All India NEET counselling

Candidates who will register for NEET 2022 counselling on the MCC website can participate in the process

All NEET 2022 qualified candidates can participate in the AIQ counselling for Deemed Universities
What after NEET 2022 counselling round one registration?
After registering for the round one counselling of NEET 2022, candidates will have to fill in their preferences of colleges and courses. It must be noted that the filled preferences must be locked within the provided time period otherwise they will be locked automatically and no further changes will be allowed.
Based on the NEET 2022 rank, filled choices, reservation criteria and other details, the authority will release the seat allotment list. Candidates with their names on the NEET 2022 seat allotment list round one will have to report at the allotted institute within the specified time.
