NEET UG 2025 choice filling closes tomorrow; MCC asks medical colleges to confirm MBBS, BDS seat matrix

The NEET UG choice locking 2025 facility will be made available from 4 pm to 11.59 pm on August 4. Choices once locked cannot be modified and any request to MCC or DGHS.
Meanwhile, all participating medical colleges under the All India Quota (AIQ), central universities, deemed universities, All India Institutes of Medical Science (AIIMS), and JIPMER Puducherry and Karaikal, and BSc Nursing institutes have been asked to verify the correctness of the tentative NEET UG seat matrix.

All medical colleges will be allowed to confirm the total number of MBBS seats before 5 pm on August 4 through the email address - mccundergraduate@gmail.com.
The MCC said: “If no response is received by the above-mentioned deadline, it shall be deemed that the displayed seat matrix is correct. The process of choice filling by candidates will then commence, and MCC shall not be responsible for any discrepancies reported afterward.”
“The verification is crucial to ensure an error-free counselling process for NEET UG 2025,” the MCC clarified.

Over 400 government colleges, 32 private colleges, 13 government (society) colleges, 44 society-run, and more than 250 trust-run colleges will participate in the 15% AIQ NEET counselling 2025.

As per the MCC NEET UG counselling schedule 2025, the seat allotment results will be declared on August 6 for round 1. Candidates will have to report at allotted colleges between August 7 to 11 for document verification.
