NEET UG 2024 registration ends at 9 pm; number of candidates appeared in last 7 years

Try NowNEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test - Undergraduate (NEET UG 2024) application form window today at 9 pm. Medical aspirants who are yet to complete the NEET UG registration will have to register on the official website, exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/.

There will be no correction facility available for candidates after the registration process ends, as per the information bulletin. However, the NTA in the registration notice informed that it may allow applicants to edit the NEET form and the dates in that case will be notified soon.
The NEET UG exam 2024 will be held on May 5 for a duration of 3 hours 20 minutes from 2 pm to 5.20 pm. More than 21 lakh candidates have registered so far, as per reports.
Candidates belonging to general category will have to pay Rs 1,700 as registration fee, and General-EWS and OBC-NCL will have to pay Rs 1,600. Those belonging to SC, ST, PwBD, third gender will have to deposit Rs 1,000 as application fees.
Uploading incorrect photograph, thumb impression, certificates, or tampering with the admit card will be considered as unfair means, the NTA said.
