NEET UG 2022 Result Out: 56.27% declared pass; boys grab most top ranks

Try NowNEW DELHI: The much awaited National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET UG 2022) result was announced by the National Testing Agency yesterday on the official website, neet.nta.nic.in. This year, the single largest medical entrance exam recorded 94.2% attendance.

A total number of 18,72,343 candidates had registered this year for NEET UG 2022, highest number of registration compared to previous years. Of which, 17,64,571 had appeared. 9,93,069 candidates qualified for the NEET 2022 exam taking the overall percentage to 56.27%. Last year, 56.34% cleared the exam, nearly the same as this year.
A total of 7,63,545 male students appeared and 4,29,160 qualified whereas 5,63,902 female candidates qualified the NEET UG 2022 exam this year. Among the top 50 NEET rank holders, 16 are female candidates. Tanishka Vatsa topped the NEET result 2022 by scoring 715 marks.
