The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the notification on its official website neet.nta.nic.in today, the TOI report said.

NEET UG registration window is likely to be open till May 7 and a correction window of a five-day time period will be opened in mid-May, according to the report. NEET UG 2022 exam date has been reportedly fixed after consulting with the National Medical Commission (NMC), Ministry of Health and education ministry.
As per the NEET UG 2022 latest update, the National Medical Commission (NMC) has scrapped the upper age limit for NEET-UG medical aspirants to appear for the entrance exam, which was 25 years for unreserved candidates and 30 years for the reserved candidates.

Last year, the NEET question paper had 180 multiple choice questions from physics, chemistry and biology. Each subject had two sections. Section A consists of 35 questions and section B will have 15 questions, out of which students will have to answer only 10.
Over 15 lakh aspirants who aspire to become doctors appear for NEET, every year. NEET 2022 exam will be conducted in the pen-and-paper mode for admission to 90,825 MBBS, 27,948 BDS, 52,720 AYUSH, 603 BVSc, and AH seats, including 1,899 AIIMS and 249 JIPMER.
