Try NowNEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the National Eligibility for Undergraduate Entrance Test or NEET-UG 2021 correction window last date. To correct any errors in the online form, medical aspirants can use the NEET 2021 correction window until October 14 (11.50 p.m.).

Candidates who have completed NEET UG Phase 1 and Phase 2 registrations can only edit their details in their application form, if required.
NTA has released an official notification and stated “On receiving numerous requests from the candidates, the NTA is now providing the last and final opportunity for the candidates to correct/modify the particulars of the First and Second Phase of Online Application Form for NEET (UG) – 2021. Candidates who have already corrected these fields one-time can also use this facility."

NEET 2021 correction window: How to make modifications/corrections

Visit the official website of NEET at neet.nta.nic.in.

Go to the link mentioning "Corrections to NEET application form".

Log in with your NEET 2021 registration number and password.

Correct the details and then click on “Final Submit”.

You will receive a One Time Password (OTP) on your registered phone number. Simply enter the code.

To use for future reference, please print the NEET correction slip.
Crucial point to double-check
Candidates are strongly advised to monitor, cross-reference, and verify their registered email address and to make sure that it belongs only to themselves as NTA will be sending the scanned copy of the OMR sheet and scorecard to the registered email address.
