- Go to the PG medicine tab.
- To sign up for the third round of NEET PG counselling in 2025, click the link in the candidate activities section.
- Enter your NEET PG 2025 roll number and password.
- Complete the NEET PG 2025 registration form and pay the required amount.
- Once the form has been downloaded, print the confirmation page.

- MBBS mark sheets (for all professional years)
- MBBS degree certificate/ Provisional certificate

- Date of Birth proof (Class 10 certificate or equivalent)
