AIIMS MBBS cut-offs for general, OBC, EWS categories as per trends

MBBS Cut-offs: The previous year's highest closing cut-off rank for the general category was 47 at AIIMS Delhi, 186 for OBC, and 214 for EWS.

Try NowNEET 2025: The bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery (MBBS) is the most sought-after preference for National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) qualifiers. This year, over 12.35 lakh students qualified NEET UG 2025. As per the previous year’s trend, the highest closing rank was 47 at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi, in round 1 counselling for the general category.

While AIIMS Delhi MBBS cut-off for the OBC was 186, and EWS was 214. The closing rank for ST was 141178, and SC was 156816.
According to the NIRF 2024 ranking in the medical college category, AIIMS Delhi was ranked 1st, followed by Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) at 2nd position. AIIMS Rishikesh was ranked at 12th position, AIIMS Jodhpur at 16th, AIIMS Patna at 26th, AIIMS Bhopal at 31st, and AIIMS Raipur at 38th position.
