Try NowNEW DELHI: More than 16 lakh aspirants registered for India’s single largest medical entrance examination, NEET 2021, this year. The National Testing Agency (NTA) received the highest number of 16.1 lakh applications, as per the Times of India report. The application process for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) was closed on August 10, 2021.

The NEET-UG examination will be conducted by the NTA on September 12, 2021. NEET 2021 will be held for admission to 83,075 MBBS, 26,949 BDS, 52,720 AYUSH, 603 BVSc and AH seats in the country. NEET scores will also be considered for admission to BSc Nursing courses.

NEET 2021 exam city allotment
The NTA will today release the NEET exam city 2021 at neet.nta.nic.in. As per the NEET brochure, the number of test cities have increased to 203 including Dubai and Kuwait as international exam cities. Candidates can check the NEET 2021 exam city allotted to them by using their application number and password on the official website.
NEET 2021: What’s next?
The admit card of NEET-UG 2021 is expected to be released on September 9, as per the brochure. The hall tickets must be downloaded and carried at the exam centre along with valid ID proof and postcard size photograph. NEET entrance exam will be conducted in pen and paper-based format in 13 languages. The duration of the exam is three hours and will be held from 2 pm to 5 pm.
