As per the latest update on NEET UG 2021 exam pattern, the question paper will include 200 questions from Class 11 and 12 syllabi from physics, chemistry and biology subjects. Out of which aspirants have to attempt only 180 questions of their choices.
Each subject will have two sections, Section A and Section B containing 35 and 15 questions respectively. Out of the 15 questions asked in Section B, students will have an option to attempt 10 questions.

NEET Exam Pattern 2021: Marking Scheme
Below is the NEET 2021 marking scheme mentioned according to the NEET 2021 information brochure .
- For every correct answer, students will be awarded 4 marks and for every incorrect attempt, one mark will be deducted.
- There will be no negative marking for any unanswered questions.
- Students will not be able to change their answers after marking in the OMR sheets.
- Attempting multiple answers in the NEET exam can lead to negative marks.
