MHT CET 2026 MPEd, MEd registration starts; exams on March 24, 25

MHT CET Registration 2026: Candidates can apply for CET MPEd, MEd exams on the official website, cetcell.mahacet.org, by January 20.

Download NowThe State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell, Mumbai has started accepting the MHT CET 2026 applications for Master of Physical Education (MPEd) and Master of Education (MD) courses. Candidates can apply for the MHT CET MPEd and MEd exams 2026 on the official website, cetcell.mahacet.org, by January 20.
The State Cell will conduct the MHT CET 2026 entrance exam for MPEd on March 24, and the field test will be held on April 25. MAH MEd CET 2026 will be held on March 25, as per the schedule.
According to the official State Cell’s notice, APAAR ID is mandatory for MHT CET registration 2026 . Candidates who have not yet generated their APAAR ID should create it through DigiLocker.
Candidates should ensure that their Aadhaar details, including name, date of birth (as per the Class 10 certificate), recent photograph, address, father's name, and the currently active mobile number linked to Aadhaar, are updated.
MHT MPEd CET 2026: Eligibility criteria
To be eligible for MHT MPEd CET 2026, candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria prescribed below.
- Candidates should be Indian National.
- Candidates must have passed bachelor’s degree in physical education (BPEd) or equivalent with at least 50% marks.
- A minimum 45% marks is required in case of backward class categories belonging to Maharashtra State.
- Candidates having bachelor’s degree of science (BSc) in health and physical education can also apply.
- Final year candidates can also apply.
- No upper limit to apply.
