MHT CET 2025 LIVE: PCM day 3 shift 1 begins; shift 2 timings, paper analysis, answer key

Download NowNEW DELHI : The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell) has commenced the MHT CET 2025 day 3 shift 1 for the physics, chemistry, and mathematics (PCM) group at 9 am. The exam will conclude at 12 noon. MHT CET PCM 2025 April 21 exam is being held in two shifts. Candidates can download the MHT CET admit card 2025 on the official website, cetcell.mahacet.org.
Only those candidates with valid MHT CET PCM 2025 hall ticket and valid ID will be allowed entry inside the exam hall. Students are advised to follow the MHT CET 2025 dress code and MHT CET 2025 exam-day guidelines.
The MHT CET day 2 shift 1 exam was moderate in difficulty level. As per the analysis by Careers360, many questions were direct and formula-based, making them relatively easier to solve. However, a few questions were lengthy and required detailed calculations. No questions were found to be out of the syllabus. The mathematics section included questions from topics such as inverse trigonometric functions, differential equations, matrices and determinants, and the angle between a line and a plane.
The MHT CET exam is being held from April 19 to April 27 in two shifts each day. The MHT CET paper analysis, difficult level and unofficial answer key will be available soon here for the day 3 exams.
MHT CET 2025: Exam-day guidelines
Candidates are advised to reach the exam centre at least 30 minutes before the exam begins to avoid any last-minute rush for document verification. Candidates should make sure all the details on their MHT CET 2025 PCM admit card are visible.
Female candidates are advised to wear simple clothes to the exam hall. Any kind of jewellery, dress with many pockets and metal buttons should not be worn. Male candidates should wear simple clothes like a shirt, t-shirt, kurta, and trousers. Candidates should wear simple footwear like chappals and sandals.
Candidates should not carry any electronic gadget to the exam centre, such as mobile phones, bluetooths, digital watches, etc, to the MHT CET exam centre.
Candidates will be given 90 minutes for each section, comprising MCQ-type questions. Candidates will be awarded one mark for each correct response in physics and chemistry questions, and for the maths, two marks for each correct answer will be given. There’s no negative marking for the MHT CET 2025 PCM exam.
