Maharashtra MAH CET 2021: Students to move Bombay HC over discrepancies in MBA exam

Several students took to social media to raise complaints against the MAH CET 2021 exam. Many students highlighted the change in exam pattern on the day of exam.

Try NowNEW DELHI: Students have complained about several discrepancies in the Maharashtra MAH CET 2021 conducted on September 16, 17, and 18, 2021, for MBA admission.
The Maharashtra Students Welfare Association (MSWA), a state-based students group, in a letter to the minister for higher and technical education Uday Samant, told that "thousands of students could be harmed due to non-compliance with the guidelines in the MBA admission process and also requested for a positive decision in this regard".
Several students also took to social media to raise complaints against the MAH CET 2021 exam. Many students highlighted the change in exam pattern on the day of the exam and that many questions were out of the syllabus. Some students have also decided to move the Bombay High Court to seek justice, as per reports.

An MBA aspirant, in a tweet, said, “I appeared in MBA CET Slot 6, in Devgiri College, Aurangabad. More than 15 questions I couldn't see on my display. It happened with everybody in my hall. Sir Please we request you to please conduct a re-exam for the particular centre.”

Speaking about the change in pattern, another student cpmplained, "We Appeared for MBA CET exams on 16-17-18 sept and DTE changed the pattern on the day itself. Many students left job for preparation and are in stress now. Please help and support us."

The MAH CET 2021 results will be declared on October 20, 2021. The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra had announced that it will try to complete the MAH CET MBA admission process by November 2. After the MAH CET centralized admission process (CAP) round 2021, the students will be allotted an MBA seat in the assigned college on the basis of overall performance which includes MAH MBA CET 2021 score, past academic performance, and work experience.
