Maharashtra HSC Exam 2022: Board to grant 1 mark for error in English question paper: Reports

Download EBookNEW DELHI: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has decided to grant one mark for an error in Class 12 English paper. The Maharashtra HSC exam 2022 began on March 4. The board held a review meeting after some teachers raised issues in Class 12 English question paper and decide to give the mark for the error as per various media reports.
MSBSHSE has announced that full credit will be granted to students who have attempted question 1-A5 (i) of the Maharashtra HSC English paper. Sharad Gosavi, Chairman, MSBSHSE said, “As the instructions for the question were not printed on the question paper, full credit will be given to each student who attempted it.”

The board had recently postponed Maharashtra HSC (Class 12) exams after question paper sets were gutted in a fire. The papers of second and third language subjects, which were scheduled to take place on March 5 and March 7, will now be held on April 5 and April 7.
According to the board officials, Hindi, German, Japanese, Chinese and Persian language exams were scheduled for March 5. Exams for these Class 12 subjects will be held on April 5.
While Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Sindhi, Arabic, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Punjabi, Bengali, Urdu, French, Spanish and Pali subjects that were scheduled on March 7 will be conducted on April 7.
